The SFN Education Department administers the federal elementary, secondary, and post-secondary education program and administers policy as prescribed by the policy.
The role of the SFN Education Department is to provide, advocate for, and support students and parents/guardians attending the various levels of education.
Each summer, the department prepares the busing routes, works with daycares and schools for transition via school visits and riding the bus, giving new students an idea of what to expect for their coming years. Transitions are also provided to elementary to students heading to secondary education.
Each year the Education Department delivers the awards program for students, as Band Council sponsored event.
