Job Post- Human Resources Manager

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Manager plays a vital leadership and support role within the Saugeen First Nation Administration. This position is responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, and implementation of human resources services and policies that reflect the values, needs, and goals of the Saugeen community. Working closely with Band Council, department leaders, and staff, the HR Manager provides guidance and support in key areas including:

  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Employee and labour relations
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Policy development
  • Performance management
  • Training and capacity-building
  • HRIS and records management
