Position Summary:
Reporting to the Health Director, the RPN will implement and monitor services to meet the needs of individuals with significant mental health and addiction issues following Recovery Principles. The RPN must be able to function independently and as a member of an interprofessional team and work cooperatively with multiple service providers. This position is part of the Outreach and Rapid Access Addiction Medicine team and collaborates with the team to facilitate and co-facilitate programs and services to meet the needs of clients. This position is initially targeted to work on our Outreach and Rapid Access Addiction Medicine team with the understanding that the RPN may be assigned to another program as needed.

Practical Nurse to join our team to enhance access and support the delivery of addiction medicine and primary care for the residents of Saugeen First Nation.
The Registered Practical Nurse will participate in shaping new directions in health care and will work within the full scope of professional practice as prescribed by the Ontario College of Nurses.
