Our Chief & Council have recently made a significant investment decision regarding our baseball diamonds, and we would like you to be part of this opportunity. We’re excited to be moving forward with player and spectator enhancements for our baseball diamonds, but we can’t get there on our own. With an initial financial investment from Roote’s Gas Bar, we have officially kicked things off and are building a strong momentum towards our fundraising goals.
Our baseball fields are rooted in community connectiveness, healthy living, and social wellbeing, and is also a place where lifelong connections have happened. With this in mind, we are inviting other local businesses to be part of this exciting enhancement project through sponsorship opportunities. Local businesses will have the option to help sponsor specific features within and around our baseball diamonds, which include:
•Steel Dugout Covers: $35,000.00/ea. (four available – multi-sponsor also available)
•Pitchers Bullpens/Warm Up Areas: $6,900.00/ea. (four available)
•Field Seating Area: $5,000.00/ea. (six available, can be more)
•Field Bridge: $6,400.00 (one available)
•Walking Paths: $26,000.00 (multi-sponsor also available)
Each sponsored feature will include an on-feature recognition plate with the sponsoring businesses information (e.g. a sponsor plate on the back of seating, a sponsor plate on a dugout cover, a sponsor plate on the bridge, etc.). This creates a visible connection between your business and this very important enhancement initiative that will have an ever-lasting impact for our Community.
Our baseball fields are more than just a “ball diamond”, it’s a space where families and community can come together in the spirit of the game, a space where valuable life lessons learned from the sport we all love. It’s a space where we can cheer on our local teams in a space where we can all participate and take pride in as a community.
