Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager, under the direction of the Band Administrator, will primarily be responsible to administer progressive disciplinary action in accordance with established procedures. This position will approve vacation requests and monitor vacation schedules to ensure appropriate coverage. This role will also determine areas of improvement for employees, providing additional training as needed. The Human Resources Manager must possess degree or an advanced degree in business administration, management, or a field related to the industry and certificate in human resource management.
