This program was created in 1993 with the mandate to serve the people of Saugeen First Nation and deals with issues as fisheries management, jurisdiction, enforcement, training, planning, and research. Up-to-date total allowable catch (TAC) information is provided to Saugeen First Nation’s fisherpersons, as well as port assessments of Saugeen and Nawash First Nation’s fisherperson’s harvest.
