Guidlines: 

Individuals wishing to make a deputation must submit their request, reasons for their deputation, and any supporting documentation to the Executive assistant to Chief and Council no later than five (5) days prior to regularly scheduled meeting for deputations.

You will conduct yourself in a professional manner.

Each person will have ten (10) minute to present to Chief & Council.

Code of Conduct: 

The Saugeen Band Chief and Council do not tolerate persons exhibiting threatening, abusive or unruly behaviours with Band Program Offices. Such persons will be asked to leave the building, and if necessary, the police will be contacted.

Please remember that respectful conduct is expected from everyone. Any form of misbehaviour will be addressed immediately and will not be tolerated.
