Governance Committee, 1 Seat Available:
The primary objectives of the Governance Committee is to support the Chief and Council on key governance priorities, including the review, development and implementation of laws that support and strengthen Saugeen First Nations core governance and jurisdiction.
Operations and Infrastructure Committee, 2 Seats Available:
The following departments or community issues may fall under the scope of this committee: Lands, Water, Sewer, Roads, Waste Management, Housing, Parks and Recreation, Hydro, I.T. and all other Saugeen Infrastructure.
Youth Committee, 6 Seats Available:
Ages 12-29. To advise SFN leaders on trends and issues impacting our youth population. Providing a voice for youth. Advocacy, Community Engagement, Leadership Development, Partnerships
All applications must have all of the following three items:
- A personally signed cover letter with your knowledge, skills, and expertise you will bring to the committee you are applying for.
- A valid and current email address
- A valid and current phone number.
