Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre Overview

The BCM&CC is committed to enhancing knowledge, awareness and understanding of Saugeen Anishnaabek culture, language and heritage, history, spirituality and world views through international learning. This pathway will provide learning opportunities for Bruce County residents and visitors to increase knowledge and understanding of Saugeen Anishnaabek culture, language history, treaties and experiences of historical injustices, intergenerational trauma and anti-Indigenous racism.

Reconciliation Committee Overview

This is a non-monetary, volunteer role where members meet approximately 6-8 times annually with the launch of the exhibitions in September. Meetings are held in person at the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre starting with lunch and the meeting to follow for approximately 1-2 hours.
